We are looking for two students to join the lab!
We invite students to fill out an in-person application Wednesday September 9th between 11:30am and 3pm in room LSB 335 (it will take about an hour). This will determine if you are selected for a further interview.
Please note that we are looking for students who have a minimum of 15 hrs / week (incl weekends) to devote to the lab and a basic understanding of mammalian biology and genetics. This also includes weekly lab meetings and journal club (attending and presenting) Wednesdays at 4pm.
The work requires significant hands-on training, excellent record-keeping and note-taking skills, a fair amount of independent research and reading, and is highly technical.
We are looking for students that are planning to stay in the lab until they graduate.
