Molly McAnespie

Molly McAnespie is a senior at Loyola University Chicago majoring in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience with a minor in Biostatistics. Molly was recently awarded a Mulcahy Scholarship. She is the senior STEM Fellow at Forging Refugees in America in the West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, where her and her team work to integrate robotics and science into the curriculum of refugee students of all ages. She also works at Lurie Children’s Hospital as a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on a Paediatric Surgery and Transplant floor. In her free time, she enjoys being active outdoors and exercising, activities which have ignited the pursuit to become a sports medicine physician. At Loyola, Molly is also involved in Phi Sigma Sigma as President of Philanthropy, the Women in Neuroscience Association, the Loyola Learning and Memory Association, and Better Minds.
